WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Chance is a male beagle mix. He is neutered, up to date on all shots and current on frontline and heartgard. He is a little timid with new people but does warm up quickly and is friendly and affectionate. We believe is about 7 months old.
